Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2, 2026. These terms govern your access to the Fanway matchday ecosystem. Please read them carefully before engineering your next away trip.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Fanway platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
Fanway reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app interface or via the email address associated with your account.
2. Service
Fanway provides a digital travel companion for football fans attending major tournaments. The service includes personalised day planning, AI-generated trip itineraries, a conversational AI assistant, and nearby place recommendations tailored to your traveler profile.
We do not guarantee the availability of specific travel routes or event logistics. Fanway is not liable for transport delays, venue changes, or event cancellations beyond our technical platform's control.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create a Fanway account using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email and password via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account creation requires accurate, current information. The use of misleading identity information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
4. In-App Purchases
Fanway is free to download. One AI-generated trip plan is included at no cost.
Additional plans require a one-time in-app purchase of $9.99 USD, processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
- All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy.
- Fanway does not offer subscriptions or auto-renewable charges.
- Pricing is subject to change. Any price change will be communicated through the app before it takes effect.
5. Conduct
Users must not use the platform to harass, threaten, or distribute harmful content. Violation of community standards will result in permanent banning from the Fanway ecosystem.
Any attempt to reverse engineer the Fanway app, scrape data, or circumvent technical measures protecting the service is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanway and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or inability to use the service.
Fanway's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
