01. Data Collection

We collect information to provide a personalized sporting travel experience. This occurs when you interact with our platform, set up your traveler profile, or use the AI Trip Planner.

Identity Data

Includes your name, email address, and profile details (group type, age group) required to personalise your travel recommendations.

Technical Data

IP addresses, login data, device type, and location data (with your consent) to power nearby place search and matchday navigation.

Usage Data

Screens visited, features used, and crash reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability and performance.

Profile Media

Avatar images you optionally upload, stored securely in Supabase Storage and never shared with third parties.

02. Retention

We only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements.

Account Data

Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days after deletion to allow recovery if requested.

Transactional Data

Subscription and payment records retained for up to 7 years to comply with international tax and financial regulations.

Marketing Preferences

Retained until you opt out or for 2 years after your last active engagement with the platform.
